A contemporary office pedestal cabinet of one-piece construction, finished in a light oak effect laminate. The unit comprises two drawers: a standard upper box drawer and a deeper lower filing drawer. Both drawers are fitted with black-finished metal interiors and are set on modern metal glides. The exterior is fitted with two silver-toned, curved bow-shaped handles. The upper drawer features a circular barrel lock to the top right corner. No maker’s marks, labels, or stamps are visible on the exterior or interior of the piece. The design is consistent with late 20th or early 21st-century office furniture manufacture.
