A Monitor No 26 Blow Lamp and a Thomas & Williams Ld. Aberdare Miner's Safety Lamp

This lot comprises two vintage industrial artifacts. The first is a Monitor No 26 Blow Lamp, featuring a patinated brass or copper fuel tank with rusted ferrous metal elements forming the nozzle assembly and handle. The second item is a tall cylindrical miner’s safety lamp, in the style of a Davy lamp, primarily constructed from heavily rusted ferrous metal. It features a brass or bronze plaque inscribed with “THOMAS & WILLIAMS Ld. ABERDARE” and includes a clear glass globe. Both items are presented in “as-found” condition.
