Corgi John Smith's Brewery AEC Tanker and Thornycroft Beer Truck Set, 1990s.

Produced by Corgi, this limited edition model set (reference 97742) is part of the Corgi Classics collection. Constructed from metal, the set features two vintage-style commercial vehicles finished in the distinctive dark green livery of John Smith’s Tadcaster Brewery. The lot includes an AEC Tanker with gold and red lettering and the company’s signature magnet logo, alongside a Thornycroft Beer Truck featuring a flatbed loaded with miniature brown beer barrels. Both models are housed in their original decorative cardboard box with a protective moulded plastic inner tray. This set is a limited edition release and includes the original certificate of authenticity, numbered 00668 of 10,000 produced, as well as a Corgi promotional leaflet.
