The set is constructed from metal with plastic components and features two vintage-style commercial vehicles decorated with classic comic book artwork. The Morris J Van is finished in a white and light blue colour scheme depicting The X-Men vs. Unus the Untouchable. The Bedford CA Van is finished in forest green featuring The X-Men battle The Blob. Both vehicles are equipped with a standard free-rolling wheel mechanism. The set is housed in its original red cardboard display box featuring the cover art from X-Men issue 16, The Supreme Sacrifice, and includes the original tan plastic moulded internal tray.
