Tri-ang Railways R152 OO Gauge Class 08 Diesel Shunter D3035, circa 1960

A vintage Tri-ang Railways R152 Class 08 0-6-0 diesel shunter locomotive in OO gauge. This model is finished in a traditional British Railways dark green livery with a contrasting black roof and chassis. The cab sides feature the running number D3035 in yellow, while the engine housing displays the British Railways late crest emblem, depicting a lion holding a locomotive wheel. The construction consists of a detailed moulded plastic body mounted on a heavy die-cast metal chassis, fitted with metal wheels and functional connecting rods. Produced by Lines Bros Ltd under the Tri-ang Railways brand, this model was a popular representation of the standard UK diesel-electric shunter during the mid-20th century. Length approximately 110mm.
