Description
Produced by Martin Hanley during the Victorian period, this three-piece ceramic tea service comprises a teapot with its original lid, a double-handled sugar bowl, and a creamer. The set features a distinctive faceted hexagonal form, finished in a deep forest green glaze. Decorative elements include silver-toned metallic lustre accents, vertical reeding to the lower body, and dotted geometric borders. The underside of one vessel bears a hand-painted red numerical mark 392 and the letter P. Teapot height approx. 16cm, sugar bowl height approx. 9cm, creamer height approx. 8cm.
