This early 20th-century mechanical mantel clock features a classic Napoleon hat silhouette, constructed from wood with a dark-stained finish and a decorative carved border to the base. The silvered metal dial is housed behind a hinged brass-toned bezel, featuring stylised black Arabic numerals and spade-shaped hands. The dial is marked MADE IN ENGLAND at the six o’clock position. To the interior, the brass mechanical movement is equipped with a coiled gong chime, with the backplate stamped Foreign alongside numeric markings. Dimensions: Approximately 23cm x 42cm x 13cm.
