Goodmans, Quadro 905, Portable 3-in-1 TV, Radio and Cassette Player, Late 20th Century

A Goodmans Quadro 905 portable multi-functional entertainment unit. This 3-in-1 electronic device incorporates a 5-inch monochrome (black and white) television with a cathode ray tube (CRT), an MW/FM clock radio, and a top-loading cassette player. The unit features solid-state internal circuitry and is housed in a moulded black plastic cabinet with an integrated carrying handle and a rear-mounted telescopic aerial. The interface includes a red digital LED clock display and a linear slide-rule tuning scale for radio frequency selection. Power is supplied via a hardwired cable with a UK 3-pin plug or by eight ‘D’ cell batteries.
