A Pair of Vintage Hobby's Craft Kits Lancet Clock and Stagecoach

A pair of unbuilt model craft kits manufactured by Hobby’s (Model Handicraft Suppliers). These kits are designed for the construction of scale models using wood and metal components based on provided technical plans. The first kit is a Lancet Clock, Design Number 1651. It contains plywood and wood veneer sheets, large-scale paper plans, and assembly instructions. The plans include templates marked for movement cut-outs. The box notes that additional items, such as the clock movement, are required to complete the model as illustrated. The second kit is a Stagecoach, Design Number 1540, produced to approximately 1/20th scale. Components include wooden structural parts, a set of four cast metal spoked wheels, and water-slide transfers for the London York mail route. Comprehensive paper assembly plans are included. The box lid indicates that horses and figures shown in the illustration are not included. Both kits are housed in their original yellow and red cardboard boxes featuring printed illustrations of the completed models.
