Super Formation Soccer Video Game Cartridge for Nintendo Super Famicom

Super Formation Soccer for the Nintendo Super Famicom, published by Human in 1991. This Japanese NTSC-J region video game cartridge is constructed from grey plastic with applied paper labels. The front label features the game title in English and Japanese text, the model code SHVC-FS, and the copyright notice © HUMAN 1991. The reverse of the casing is moulded with the Nintendo and Super Famicom logos, model number SHVC-006, and Made in Japan. A secondary paper label on the reverse contains Japanese safety instructions and the reference number 901121. This is a loose cartridge; the original box and manual are not present. As an NTSC-J region product, this software may require a Japanese console or a regional bypass adapter to function on PAL or NTSC-U hardware. Functional testing has not been performed.
