A Featherwate Aluminium Shooting Stick Seat

A lightweight shooting stick seat attributed to Featherwate. The construction features a central aluminium shaft with a copper-toned anodised finish. The upper section is fitted with two hinged, D-shaped cast aluminium handles that fold outwards to form a seat. The base of the shaft is equipped with a circular ground plate designed to prevent the stick from sinking into soft ground, terminating in a pointed metal spike. A collar near the handles is stamped with the mark PATENT PEND. There are partial remains of a white adhesive label on the shaft. This item is designed to function as both a walking aid and a portable seat for outdoor activities.
