This is a Black and Decker Tough Truck, a convertible 2-in-1 utility trolley designed for use as both an upright hand truck and a horizontal platform trolley. The unit is constructed with a heavy-duty tubular steel frame finished in grey paint, reinforced by a horizontal orange steel cross brace. It features a wide, solid steel toe plate at the base for lifting loads. A black ribbed plastic handle grip is fitted to the top bar for ergonomic use. The wheel configuration consists of two larger fixed wheels at the base and two smaller swivel castor wheels mounted to the rear frame, allowing for the conversion between modes.
