A Decorative Standing Santa Claus Figure with Teddy Bear and Gift Sack

A decorative standing holiday figure, in the style of those produced by manufacturers such as Northlight. The head and hands are constructed from moulded vinyl or composition material, with a soft padded body. The figure features fixed, inset blue eyes and wears small gold-toned wire-rimmed spectacles. The synthetic white fibre beard, moustache, and hair are well-defined. The Santa is dressed in a red velvet-effect suit with white faux-fur trim and a black belt featuring a decorative gold-toned scrollwork buckle. Accessories include a small brown plush teddy bear held in the right arm and a green velvet-style gift sack slung over the shoulder, containing faux foliage and a small red wrapped gift box. A small gold-toned bell is attached to the tip of the hat. The figure stands on black moulded plastic boots. No maker’s marks or labels are visible.
