A 1997 Osiris Porcelain The Horus Falcon Limited Edition Collector Plate

A square porcelain collector plate titled The Horus Falcon, issued in 1997 by Osiris Porcelain for The Bradford Exchange. This piece is the first issue in the Deities of Ancient Egypt collection. The plate features a central raised relief depicting the deity Horus as a winged falcon clutching ankh and shen symbols, modelled after ancient Egyptian pectoral jewellery. The decoration is executed with gold plating and hand-painted enamels in cobalt blue, turquoise, and orange, set against a matt charcoal-grey ground. The composition is framed by a border of repeating lotus and papyrus motifs. The reverse bears a printed backstamp identifying the piece as plate number 2511 from a limited edition of 39,000, with the Bradex number 15-075-005.01.
