Large Silver-Toned and Blue Enamel Angelfish Novelty Brooch

A large silver-toned costume jewellery brooch designed as a tropical angelfish. The body features alternating vertical stripes of blue cold enamel and rows of pavé-set circular-cut pale blue paste stones. The lower section is accented with a row of dark blue or black round-cut stones. The head is detailed with white and black enamel and a central black cabochon eye. The fins are rendered in polished silver-toned base metal with a ribbed, textured finish. No maker’s marks or hallmarks are visible.
