A Vintage Miniature Dominoes Set in a Wooden Box

A vintage miniature dominoes set of anonymous manufacture. The storage box is constructed from a light-coloured wood, possibly beech, featuring finger-jointed corners and a traditional sliding lid. The lid is incised with the word DOMINOES in black block capital letters. The set contains domino tiles manufactured from a black synthetic resin or plastic, featuring recessed white painted pips. No manufacturer or country of origin marks are visible on the box or the individual tiles.
