A Vintage Wooden Miniature Chest of Drawers Jewellery Box

Attributed to Centurion, this wooden jewellery box is designed in the form of a miniature chest of drawers. The piece features a shaped, hinged lid which opens to reveal a beige-lined interior containing multiple compartments, including four central ring rolls and an inset rectangular mirror. The exterior is finished with a reddish-brown stain and decorated with four ornate cast metal handles. While the facade suggests a four-drawer arrangement, the construction features a single, full-width functional drawer at the base, with the upper handles being decorative. The box stands on a plinth base with a scalloped front edge, mirroring the profile of the lid.
