A Veronese Egyptian Style Tutankhamun Resin Bust

A contemporary decorative resin bust of the pharaoh Tutankhamun by Veronese. The figure is depicted with gilded skin and wears a blue crown topped with a uraeus. He is shown holding a crook and flail across his chest and is adorned with a multi-coloured beaded wesekh collar. The piece is cast in resin and finished with hand-painted polychrome details in red, green, blue, and yellow over a gilded ground. The reverse is incised with the mark © 2000 Veronese. The underside is finished with brown felt and retains a blue circular label for Shudehill Giftware and a rectangular Made in China sticker.
