An original mid-20th century tea caddy produced for Jacksons of Piccadilly, London. This cylindrical metal storage canister features a vibrant red lithographed finish. The decorative scheme includes the brand’s heraldic crest at the centre, depicting two lions flanking a blue medallion with a stylised monogram, set above a banner with the Latin motto UTILE DULCI. The brand name is presented in gilt arched lettering, accompanied by the word TEA vertically aligned. The design is finished with ornate geometric borders and a yellow sunburst motif.
